Microsoft CXO Dinner
For an exclusive executive dinner hosted by Microsoft, a carefully selected group of CXO-level leaders came together to exchange perspectives on the role of digitalisation in strengthening the future of Belgium.
The dinner followed Microsoft’s data centre launch earlier that day, bringing leaders together at Dome Eventhall for a more intimate moment of exchange.
The brief was straightforward. Make it elegant.
We designed a high-end, seated dinner for approximately forty invite-only guests, with an emphasis on warmth, materiality and atmosphere. Walnut furniture and soft-toned fabrics defined the space, complemented by beige invitations, menus and wooden name cards. Floral arrangements played a central role in shaping the room. Designed and executed by Bloei Events, flowers were placed generously on cocktail tables, pedestals and dining tables. Always present, yet low enough to keep conversation flowing.
The culinary experience was developed with the same level of care. In collaboration with Silverspoon, a five-course menu was curated by Viki Geunes of Zilte. A bespoke wine pairing was composed in advance by Gianluca Di Taranto, adding depth and balance to the evening.
Throughout the dinner, lighting and technical production were deliberately kept subtle. In collaboration with John & Jane, the technical setup supported the atmosphere without drawing attention to itself, reinforcing the calm, focused character of the evening.
The result was an intimate executive dinner where every choice served one purpose. Creating space for meaningful conversation among leaders shaping what comes next.
