HIV Cure
On 13 December 2025, Crystal Circus took place at Wintercircus Ghent as a large-scale fundraising event in support of HIV cure research.
The evening brought together 535 guests from different backgrounds, united around one shared objective. Supporting scientific research focused on finding a cure for HIV. The event was closely connected to the research efforts of Ghent University and UZ Gent.
We were responsible for the full concept, scenography, material choices, script and production. Every element was designed to serve the purpose of the evening, creating a setting that felt immersive and considered, without distracting from the cause itself.
Food played a central role in the experience. A selection of top chefs curated the culinary journey, turning the dinner into a shared moment that reinforced the collective nature of the event. Rather than focusing on spectacle, the concept aimed for depth, atmosphere and connection.
Crystal Circus showed how a fundraising event can be both impactful and carefully crafted. An evening where experience and purpose worked together to support a long-term mission.
