A Not So Silent Night
On 4 November, the teams of WE MAKE YOU HAPPY and IT’S YES came together for the first time to celebrate the end of the year with a shared team event.
The concept, A Not So Silent Night, was conceived as an intentional contradiction. A Christmas dinner that starts with elegance and gradually lets go of restraint. Burgundy tones set the mood. Velvet textures, candlelight and personalised tableware shaped a refined first impression, designed to unravel as the evening progressed.
The experience played with format and memory. A live performance by Gabanna disrupted the classic dinner rhythm. Instead of an aftermovie, the night lived on through a printed magazine. The save-the-date arrived as a newspaper insert, setting the tone long before guests entered the room. Branded Zippos became keepsakes, small objects carrying the spirit of the evening beyond the table.
Hosted at Tribune Wintercircus, the event was less about speeches or structure and more about atmosphere. A shared moment between two teams, built on contrast, character and the freedom to let things unfold.
