Volvo Cars, one of our long-term clients, asked us to orchestrate the launch of their EX30 model. Hosted at the newly renovated Wintercircus in Ghent — once a car garage, now a central hub for tech and innovation — the venue was a perfect match with Volvo’s DNA.
Over two weeks, we set up an intimate car fair for all Volvo stakeholders to experience the EX30. Managing every detail from start to finish, we ensured the client event highlighted the vehicle’s iconic features. To add a stylish touch, we collaborated with two influencer-stylists to design outfits inspired by the EX30’s sustainable denim seats. Creative, cool, and collected — perfect for Volvo’s product launch.
