We’re a creative & production agency turning bold ideas into high-impact live events, campaigns, and brand activations. From briefing to build-up, we handle every detail and thrive on rethinking concepts into custom experiences. We work for brands, corporates, and public initiatives, from intimate pop-ups to massive multiday experiences.

What you'll do

As an Event Manager, you’re solid, hands-on, and always ahead of the game. You don’t just manage projects. You own them.

With a sharp focus, eye for detail, and a no-nonsense mindset, you take the lead from start to finish. You review briefings, assemble the right team, and facilitate brainstorming sessions. You develop concepts, control quality from idea to execution, and ensure that everything leaving WMYH HQ meets our standards — no fuss, just results, and building genuine connections with your clients.

You’re ten steps ahead, keeping a close eye on budgets, timelines, and suppliers. Trust and transparency are your foundation, both with your team and your clients. You’re their go-to, their steady hand. And when the event kicks off? You’re the first in, the last out, making sure every detail is spot-on.

The goal? Organizing events that don’t just meet expectations, but exceed them.

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in events, production, or a related industry.

  • Fluent in Dutch & English — French is a plus.

  • Driver’s license B — check.

  • Taking initiative and running events is second nature to you.

  • Pragmatic? It’s in your DNA. You focus on solutions, not problems.

  • You’re flexible and open to people, opinions, and flexible working hours.

  • No detail slips through the cracks. You spot potential issues before they arise.
